Acceptance

QMT makes email standard and eliminates repetitive tasks automating some steps during the creation of emails based on templates.
By installing the application, the user implicitly requests to use the software to be able to take advantage of the email creation service.

Costs

You can use the software freely with no costs.

Exclusion of Warranties

The software and related documentation are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through this site shall create any warranty, representation, or guarantee not expressly stated in these terms. I does not represent or warrant that the software will be error-free, that defects will be corrected. I does not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of of the materials available through tis site, will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will I be liable for any loss or damage caused by use of the software.

Limitation of Liabilities

In no event shall I or my parents, be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or loss of business) arising out of or in connection with the services, or this agreement based on any theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that I owns the rights to the software and all content displayed on the support site.
